Tulsa's Authentic Lao & Thai Kitchen
Hand-pulled noodles, smoked meats, and the fiery soul of Laos — crafted with recipes that have traveled generations to reach your table right here in Tulsa.
Our Story
Lao-Thai Asian Street Food began with a simple conviction: the bold, unapologetic flavors of Laos deserve a home in Tulsa. Our recipes travel across the Mekong — from the night markets of Vientiane to the riverside stalls of Nong Khai — brought to life in our kitchen with the same fire, the same technique, and the same love.
Every dish starts from scratch. Our broths simmer for hours. Our noodles are pulled by hand. Our curry pastes are ground fresh daily. This isn't fusion or interpretation — it's the real thing, made with ingredients sourced with care and cooked the way it's always been done.
House Specialties
These are the dishes our guests come back for — the ones that capture the essence of Lao and Thai street food at its finest.
The northeast region of Thailand — Isan — is where Lao cuisine shares its deepest roots. Our dishes honor that heritage: fermented fish sauce, toasted rice powder, fresh chilies, and the unmistakable punch of lime.
Our woks are seasoned and hot. Every stir-fry carries the mark of proper technique — high heat, constant motion, and the caramelized char that can only come from a well-loved pan and a steady hand.
Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil, galangal — we source the freshest aromatics so every dish carries the brightness of real ingredients, not shortcuts or substitutes.
Guest Experiences
"The pho here is unlike anything I've had in Tulsa. The broth is deep, complex, and clearly simmered for hours. It reminds me of the best noodle shops I found in Bangkok."
"Finally, a place in Tulsa that does Lao food right. The som tum has that perfect balance of sour, spicy, and salty. And the grilled chicken is absolutely incredible — smoky and tender."
"We ordered a spread for the family — spring rolls, larb, fried rice, and khao soi. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with obvious care. This is our new go-to spot."
